INSTITUTIONAL COOPERATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS HUMANITARIAN AGENCIES IN THE SPHERE OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AS A KEY ASPECT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZATION
Humanitarian cooperation and coordination of humanitarian agencies of the United Nations in the sphere of human rights protection involve the unification of humanitarian actors to ensure a coherent and principled response to emergencies. The main purpose of such institutional co-operation is to help people when they most need help or protection.
The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), which is the part of the United Nations Secretariat, is responsible for bringing together humanitarian organizations to ensure a coordinated response to emergencies. A coordinated, system-wide approach to humanitarian assistance is essential for the rapid and effective delivery of the assistance to those in need [1].
UN Humanitarian Institutions are among the most important agencies in the UN system with humanitarian mandates and whose main objective is to address the humanitarian challenges that humanity faces as a result of military conflicts and natural disasters. The system of humanitarian institutes consists of five main UN institutions: UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, World Food Program (WFP) and World Health Organization (WHO), which is one of the most important agencies in the UN system, have humanitarian mandates whose main objective is to address the humanitarian problems that humanity faces as a result of military conflicts and natural disasters [2].
Humanitarian coordination is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the humanitarian response by providing greater predictability, responsibility and partnership. Co-operation and co-ordination provide for a two-way assessment of situations and needs; coordination of common priorities; developing common strategies for addressing issues such as access negotiations, mobilization of funding and other resources; clarification of successive public messages; and monitoring the progress of the implemented decision [3].
Institutional cooperation between the humanitarian agencies of the United Nations is carried out through a number of approaches, such as humanitarian leadership, cluster approach, gender perspective, protection of human rights and readiness for an emergency response to an emergency.
In the Picture 1 it is expedient to schematically depict the institutional cooperation of the UN humanitarian institutions.

The UN Humanitarian Institutions work in the field of human rights protection, health care, education and rapid recovery of people as a result of military conflicts and natural disasters, placement of people in camps, rapid rebuilding of housing, enhancement of food quality, logistics, sanitation and hygiene, provision water, food supply. Each United Nations human rights institution, in constant coordination with all humanitarian agencies of the United Nations, acts in accordance with its stated goals and in its area of response to address the most urgent problems faced by the population of the countries as a result of military conflicts and natural disasters.
Thus, we can conclude that all these institutions, specialized agencies, funds and programs, and UN-linked organizations are of great importance for the restoration of peace and security in the world. Permanent coordination, cooperation and the search for joint long-term solutions and the development of long-term humanitarian assistance programs are an integral part of global social responsibility, as all participants in the humanitarian response to war conflicts and natural disasters, as well as to the United Nations as a whole.
